We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to support both sales and daily operations. The role involves coordinating clients, drivers, and buses to ensure smooth tour execution, while communicating effectively with team members and monitoring schedules. You will assist clients with general information, guide them to their designated tour buses, and maintain communication with drivers throughout the tours. In addition, the position requires generating new business leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting tours and services, meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, able to work under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
