Bar Supervisor - Job ID # X8D8F8 Location: Cayman Islands Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: US$10.00 per hour End date: October 29, 2026 Mykonos Ltd., is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations and supervise bar staff while maintaining high standards of service and beverage management. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations and staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and efficient bar service.
• Manage beverage cost control, stock management, and inventory control.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and monitor stock levels, usage, wastage, and variances.
• Assist with beverage ordering, receiving, and proper storage of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
• Train and support bar staff and ensure company service standards are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant bar/hospitality experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Proven experience in beverage cost control and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
