Job Description

Senior Regulatory Services Specialist Camana Bay Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Onsite The Senior Regulatory Services Specialist role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Some things you will be doing

Independently liaise in a timely and professional manner with internal departments and clients. Prepare documents such as W8 Forms, Entity Self Certification Forms, notices and relevant FATCA/CRS reports. Assist in the development and implementation of department AEOI procedures and processes. Keep internal database up to date and ensure that assigned engagements have accurate information and are fully completed. Conduct first level reviews of FATCA/CRS documentation received from clients to ensure accuracy of filings, providing feedback as required. Prepare XML’s in line with OECD standards for submission to the DITC portal & ensure timely submissions of FATCA and CRS XML’s to the DITC portal to ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of FATCA, CRS and due diligence in accordance with the terms and conditions reflected in the Intergovernmental Agreements, US Treasury Regulations and other applicable legislation, regulations and administrative guidance. Advise on Beneficial Ownership obligations including register maintenance, exemptions, breach notices and engagement with the competent authority. Oversee the administration of the Beneficial ownership Transparency Act, including monthly filing preparation and due diligence review and upkeep. Advise on Economic Substance classification, audits and handle notices from the competent authority. Complete the annual economic substance obligations, including preparation of filings and monitoring of compliance timelines. Collaborate with the internal onboarding manager to ensure client onboarding meets regulatory requirements inclusive of reporting obligations under BO, AEOI and ES. Co-ordinate internal communication and implement controls for client offboarding processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Perform periodic assessments of internal controls and reporting processes. Stay up to date with current and upcoming legislation and regulatory developments in the Cayman Islands, and update internal policies and procedures as required. Identify, escalate, and document potential non‑compliance issues across FATCA, CRS, BO and ES filings. Maintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units within CSC. Support the Vice President in capacity/workload monitoring to ensure balanced task allocation within the team. Assist in providing reporting as required for various internal reporting to internal stakeholders, as required. AEOI (CRS & FATCA)

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline. 3–4 years of AEOI experience with strong working knowledge of FATCA, CRS, BOTA, and Economic Substance frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency and high‑quality output. Strong analytical abilities and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. At CSC, Compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the range is $75,000 KYD - $97,000 KYD
