Carpenter and General Maintenance

This position is for a General Maintenance and Carpenter. This position will cover various household repairs from hanging doors to repairing fences, building shelves, installing baseboards and crown moulding, building bed frames, or customise closets. Carpentry knowledge is key to this role as well as some Cement knowledge will be needed. Applicant must be able to drive and provide Police Record. Have own tools is a requirement. Applicant must be able to construct and build various customised items requested by clients. This position will require some creativity in constructing and completing each clients project. Applicant must be able to calculate materials required for job as per the clients request, and provide quotes in timely manner.
