Store Manager

NINI’S FASHION is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team in George Town. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, drive sales, process customer orders, assist with inventory and warehouse duties, coordinate customer deliveries, maintain store presentation, and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ retail or sales experience, preferably in a supervisory/management role. Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Spanish language skills and knowledge of body shapers/fashion apparel are assets. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays. Full-Time: 140 hours per month. Hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Saturday, with a one-hour lunch break. Sundays off, with one additional weekday off varying Monday–Friday. Additional hours may be required. Pay: CI$ 12 - 14 per hour + health insurance and pension contributions.
