Hair Stylist – Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team in the Cayman Islands. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair care, styling, and delivering exceptional client service.
Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair using professional techniques Apply a variety of hair products to achieve straightening, curling, and styling results Cut, trim, and style hair and hairpieces according to clients’ preferences and current trends Perform hair coloring services including full color, highlights, lowlights, and corrective color Provide chemical treatments such as perms and texturizing services Create protective and fashion styles including braids, weaves, and wig installations Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to health and safety standards Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role Strong knowledge of hair care techniques and products Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Relevant certification or cosmetology license preferred
