Engineering Technician, Kitchen Equipment Repairs & Maintenance Salary US $ 16.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus gratuities Are you ready to take your career in hotel engineering to the Grand level! We are seeking experienced hotel engineering technicians for the role/s of Kitchen Equipment Repairs & Maintenance Technician within our engineering department. Job Summary

As a Kitchen Equipment Repairs & Maintenance Technician you are responsible for:

• Assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned.
• Participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.
• Performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs, such as electrical, plumbing, etc.

Education & Experience

• Required to have a minimum of 5 years’ kitchen equipment repair experience, hotel experience is very advantageous.
• Plumbing and electrical systems experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Provide a clean police record.
• Able to work without supervision.
• Communicate well with others in a polite, professional and engaging manner.
• Hours of employment will vary and may include hours between 11pm and 7am, 6 days per week including holidays.
