Steel Helper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced steel worker to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in positioning, securing, and installing steel reinforcement bars (rebar) and mesh to strengthen concrete structures likes buildings, bridges and tunnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout and materials.
• Cutting, bending, and shaping steel bars and mesh using hand /power tools and rebar benders.
• Positioning and securing components using wire ties, clips, or welding to prevent movement during concrete pouring.
• Working with steel reinforcement for foundations, columns, beams and pre-cast slabs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Worker (minimum 5-7 years preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strength to handle, lift, and mauver heavy steel components.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and rebar benders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with steel erectors, engineers, and other construction workers.
• High attention to details for precise measurements.
