Cosmetologist (Hair Growth & Scalp Specialist)

Employer: Aventis Dental and Facial Aesthetics Aventis Dental and Facial Aesthetics is seeking a qualified Cosmetologist (Hair Growth & Scalp Specialist) to provide consultations and non-medical treatments related to hair loss, hair thinning and scalp wellness. This position focuses on hair restoration support and scalp health services and is not a hairdressing role. Responsibilities do not include hair cutting, colouring, styling or other salon services. The successful candidate will perform detailed hair and scalp assessments, develop individualized treatment programs, provide non-medical scalp and hair growth therapies, monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate client records and photographic documentation. The role also includes educating clients on scalp health, hair loss prevention and home-care recommendations, managing treatment products and inventory, and supporting practice marketing and educational initiatives. Applicants must possess a recognized qualification in Cosmetology, Trichology, Hair and Scalp Science or a related field. Additional qualifications such as ITEC Level 4 Trichology, nutrition certifications or professional association memberships are advantageous. Previous experience in trichology, hair restoration, medical aesthetics, wellness clinics or related health and beauty environments is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care. Knowledge of common hair loss conditions, scalp disorders and non-medical treatment approaches is highly desirable. The successful applicant will work closely with clients to support their hair and scalp health goals in a professional clinical setting. This role is commission based.
