RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for breakfast, lunch items and specials in accordance with restaurant standards and plating guide specifications.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliance and food.
• Maintain kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures assisting the Lead Chef.
• Maintain shifts operation guideline while personally preparing food items and executing requests based on required specifications.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Perform all duties as allocated in the Kitchen meeting the standards and quality.
• Maintain levels of surgical cleanliness in the kitchen, kitchen equipment and ensure all HACCP.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position.
• Heightened Knowledge of FIFO and Sanitation / HACCP
• Ability to read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness, food safety standards and a passion for creative food preparation is essential.
• Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period of time.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to provide a 5-year employment history.

REMUNERATION

The hourly pay is $16 USD plus gratuities. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, pension, meal per shift, and many other benefits to eligible employees. Hours work: 45 hours per week during restaurant operations.
