Insolvency Senior

The Insolvency Senior will provide support to the Managing director and senior management team in leading the liquidation assignments. They will be responsible for preparing all routine case management documents and liaising with the Cayman Islands government departments, attorneys and other service providers in preparing and filing all statutory documents during the liquidation process.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of statutory paperwork and other legal documents
• Aiding in the preparation of documents for Court
• Drafting correspondence to creditors and other stakeholders
• Assisting with investigations as required
• Maintaining financial records and accounts of insolvent companies.
• Management of the client database folders
• Liaising with registered agents and regulatory bodies.
• Assisting and attending at marketing events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• ACCA / CPA professional qualification or equivalent
• Professional insolvency qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• MS office skills
• Strong organizational skills; multi task between numerous assignments
• Personable and professional client services

Salary range – US $65,000 – $91,0000 per annum
