Food & Beverage Server

Purpose of Role To provide excellent service to customers by preparing quality beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting overall restaurant operations in line with The Diner’s standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items to The Diner’s quality standards.
• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, service areas, dining area, and restrooms.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of supplies, restock as necessary, and assist with deliveries.
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly using the POS system.
• Support team members and assist in opening and closing duties.
• Follow all workplace health & safety and labour regulations.
• Represent The Diner positively with professionalism and hospitality.
