Apply up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration legislation to ensure EY remains compliant with regulatory requirements and best HR practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to immigration workflows, tracking tools, and reporting processes. Data Integrity, Reporting & Confidentiality Maintain accurate and confidential immigration records in HR systems and personnel files. Produce regular reports on immigration status, upcoming renewals, and employee data changes as required. Broader Talent & Firm Contribution Deliver a high‑quality client service experience in line with EY HR service standards and agreed service‑level commitments. Participate in wider Talent Shared Services (TSS) and HR projects, initiatives, and process enhancements on an ad‑hoc basis. Support the Talent Team during peak periods or complex cases, contributing to overall team effectiveness.
