JOB TITLE: Project Manager, CAPEX and Tenant Improvements SALARY: CI$85,000 - CI$110,000 pa

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 2-YEAR CONTRACT

We are seeking a Project Manager who reports directly to the Senior Project Manager. This successful candidate will assist in executing commercial projects, provide guidance when required, and oversee project delivery from inception to completion of commercial assets.

DO YOU HAVE

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying or project management A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying (preferred). A strong commercial background and technical understanding of construction technology and building systems, working in the commercial property space. A general understanding of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes A proven track record of dealing with suppliers and contractors, delivering projects on time, and maintaining budget restraints. Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, time management, and Microsoft Office skills. A valid Driver’s License and scheduling flexibility.

WE WANT YOU TO

Establish and maintain robust commercial controls throughout the duration of projects, including cost monitoring, change management, and financial reporting. Review contract documents, consider risks, and suggest modifications. Manage and lead consultants, contractors & suppliers throughout the lifecycle of the projects. Support the Asset Management team in the capital planning process, including budget forecasting and project prioritisation. Prepare and/or review control estimates and cost plans to ensure financial viability and alignment with approved CAPEX and Tenant Improvement budgets. Manage and report on the progress of projects. Manage and/or assist with the procurement process. Coordinate project delivery with multiple teams and stakeholders at various stages from concept through to handover. Take responsibility for the performance and coordination of all trades, ensuring quality delivery, timely completion, effective punch list resolution, and successful project handover. Review technical drawings and design documentation, ensuring feasibility, constructability, and alignment with project budgets and engineering requirements.
