Skilled Trade – Carpenter Skilled Trade – Carpenter Full-Time KYD $135–$180 per day We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Trade – Carpenter to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of high-end residential and pool construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled manual carpentry work related to construction projects, including framing, formwork, and structural installations.
• Construct and install frameworks, shuttering, and support structures.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Work collaboratively with other skilled trades and the construction team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all building codes and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in skilled construction work, with a strong focus on carpentry.
• Strong background in structural carpentry and formwork.
• Ability to construct frameworks and complete high-quality carpentry finishes.
• Must be over 25 years old. (Age restriction due to vehicle insurance requirements)
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s Licence (held for at least 2 years).
• Clean police record required.
• Fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).
