Reliable Janitor with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial and residential cleaning, including extensive experience in handling professional cleaning equipment and chemical cleaning solutions safely. Known for a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others as a team to maintain high facility standards. Proven ability to handle heavy physical workloads and work full-time schedules of 40 to 45 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends, evenings, into the night, or when needed, with availability to handle on-call shifts on short notice provided that overtime is paid on call-outs. Holds a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record and reliable personal transport to commute quickly between jobs. Seeking a flexible, high-hour position with an expected base pay rate of $8.75 to $10.00 per hour, with pension and health insurance premiums to be paid half each (50/50 split).
