Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to manage and coordinate international import, export, and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with customs regulations, and international trade requirements while delivering accurate, competitive, and efficient transportation solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliances with local and international regulations, tariffs, and Customs and Border Protection requirements for goods entering and leaving the Cayman Islands.
• Provide accurate import and export quotations by determining the most economical, efficient, and competitive transportation methods using approved freight forwarders and carriers.
• Create, review, and process estimates in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including but not limited to: Quote confirmations, Commercial invoices, Certificates of origin, Import/export packing lists, Shippers’ lists, Shippers’ letters of instruction, Air and ocean bills of lading, Shippers’ declarations and all related correspondence.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, internal departments, and affiliated overseas agents, carriers, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely, compliant, secure, and seamless international operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, accurate reporting, and timely updates to clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or specialization in international relocation and project management.
• Able to execute accurate quotations, estimates, and invoices.
• Proficiency in logistics software, basic QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary of KYD15.00 per hour, or remuneration with qualifications and previous experience, in accordance with Pension and Labor Law requirements.
