Duties of the successful applicant include, but are not limited to, a wide range of janitorial responsibilities primarily focused on the general cleaning and upkeep of residential buildings. These responsibilities encompass sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors; cleaning mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces; dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures; sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens; emptying trash and disposing of waste properly; performing laundry duties and ironing; restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies; and maintaining overall cleanliness of common areas. Additional duties include reporting maintenance issues, handling basic cleaning equipment, and carrying out any other related janitorial tasks as may be required or assigned by the contractor.
