Hospitality & guest service, basic food knowledge, proper cleaning techniques and proper food handling, food safety measures, ability to lift up to 50lbs, experiences in Back of House daily operations, cleaning, washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, freezer cleaning, storage cleaning, food preparation, knife skills, any additional cleaning as required by the business, any additional assistance as required in the day to day operations of the kitchen. Including, but not limited to light & heavy lifting, standing for 8 hours at a time, washing, teachable techniques, cleaning of entire restaurant, competent food handling skills, competent food safety skills, & knife skills, portion control, good hygiene, able to multitask in a multicultural environment, able to handle stress and perform duties as required by management.
