Position: Dining Room Attendant / Server Job Summary The Dining Room Attendant / Server is the face of our Resort Restaurants and by far one the key contributors to our Food & Beverage experience. Providing a warm welcome and equally warm farewell are key aspects of the role. Exemplary guest service and performing as a true team- player shall be provided throughout to ensure that our guests’ expectations are not just met; but exceeded! We take great pride in our team-members being attentive, efficient, and fully embracing of our company's goal to deliver the best in guest service. The Dining Room Attendant / Server knows how to follow brand directives and standards to the highest level. Serving guests at food & beverage outlets, clearing and setting tables, delivering food and beverages, handling cash and credit card charges, posting room charges to POS, stocking and cleaning the food & beverage outlets, and coordinating guest requests are the primary functions of the job. Key Responsibilities
Always be anticipating of guests needs - focus on the guests needs before they know what they want
Hosting and serving in the buffet and a la carte restaurant outlets for breakfast, lunch or dinner service times
Setting up, cleaning and stocking the food & beverage outlets
Liaise closely with kitchen team to ensure orders are expedited accurately, to the guests specification and timed to standards
Conduct knowledgeable wine service with finesse
Expedite and serve guest food & beverage orders with knowledge, efficiency and enthusiasm!
Be proactive in fulfilling poolside service
Be thoroughly familiar with food & beverage menus and available promotions and options.
Upsell food & beverage orders for the Bar & Restaurant outlets
Practice ServSafe procedures
Perform suggestive selling techniques
Handle cash / credit card / in-house room account transactions through POS systems with care and efficiency
Banquet setup, service & tear-down
Clear and reset tables, replenish condiments and conduct routine cleaning/re-stocking of food & beverage areas
Assist with inventory / stock-taking
Participate in guest daily events activities and entertainment as hosted at the Resorts
Provide barista service at our Restaurant coffee station; creating and serving drinks to recipe with energy and enthusiasm as guests prepare for their dive day!
Working with the front desk responding efficiently to guest requests in keeping with the company's standards and service philosophy
Position Kitchen Attendant Job summary The Kitchen Attendant sees to the Kitchen experience of the resort. Primary functions include ensuring the impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen including, but not limited to, dishes, glassware, and flatware, storage rooms, floors, equipment, and receiving areas. The ideal candidate has a strong culinary background in 4-5 star hotels/resorts, and is capable of working unsupervised and taking full ownership of the cleanliness of the kitchen, as well as being able to fulfill checklists timely and accurately.

Washing and disinfecting dishes, glassware, and flatware
Cleaning and organizing storage rooms
Cleaning general Kitchen equipment (including specialty equipment and finishes / expresso equipment)
Cleaning receiving areas
Assisting with minor food preparation

Assisting with routine Kitchen deep cleans
This role whilst Primarily based in Cayman Brac, may at times be asked to cover at Little Cayman Beach Resort located in Little Cayman. This would only be at times of coverage. Cayman Brac is the primary location for employment
