Job Description

Expert Compliance Specialist Location: Camana Bay Work model: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Salary Range: KYD $99,145–$140,145 About the role CSC is seeking an experienced Expert Compliance Specialist to join our global compliance team. In this role, you’ll act as a Second Line Compliance Lead, providing practical, risk-based guidance across the enterprise and serving as a key escalation point for complex compliance matters, particularly those arising from KYC Services. You’ll partner closely with compliance leadership, business stakeholders, and global colleagues to help ensure regulatory obligations are met while supporting efficient and commercially sound business outcomes. Key responsibilities

  • Provide clear, pragmatic compliance advice on global regulatory and financial crime matters.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and escalations from KYC Services.
  • Coordinate and manage escalations, engaging broader Compliance teams where appropriate.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial crime suspicions through established channels.
  • Apply enterprise financial crime policies while supporting jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Draft and communicate updates on regulatory developments, policy changes, and procedural enhancements.
  • Contribute to management information and reporting on escalation trends, outcomes, and key risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of compliance processes.
  • Support compliance initiatives and projects, including transaction monitoring and governance frameworks for directorship services.

Qualifications and experience

  • ICA or ACAMS certification required.
  • Legal degree or concentration in legal studies required.
  • 10+ years of experience working in compliance-focused roles.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of AML, CTF, and CPF regulations and frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance regulatory risk with business needs.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with colleagues across Europe and Asia.
