Are you an experienced Construction Site Foreman looking for an exciting opportunity in the pool maintenance and construction industry? We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project managers.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets industry standards.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman (preferably in pool construction or related fields – 15+ years’ experience).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Must be over 25, possess a valid Drivers License and be able to drive standard/manual transmission vehicles to and from job sites. Age requirement due to company vehicle insurance policy.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: KYD $40,000-$60,000 per annum (based on experience).
• Benefits: Health insurance, pension contributions, and paid leave.
• Workweek: 45 hours (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; half-day Saturday); overtime per Cayman Islands Labour Law.
