General Maintenance and Repair Worker

45 hour per week. Responsible for the general repair works for buildings. Repair mechanical equipment, buffing floors, painting, minor plumbing and carpentry and electrical a/c systems. Running errands, pick-up and drop-off of residents. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Routine Inspections, conduct inspections of machinery, equipment and systems before the become problems. Preventative Maintenance - Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Troubleshooting and diagnostics: utilize problem solving skills to diagnose equipment failures and malfunctions. Equipment Upkeep: ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and complies with safe standards. Effective communication, communicates effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues and solutions.
