Property Maintenance Assistant

Position Available: Property Maintenance Assistant we are seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Assistant to assist with general property upkeep, repairs, identify and report maintenance issues, grounds maintenance, and handling tools and materials.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repairs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Valid Police Clearance required
