SERVICE SUPERVISOR

345 Equipment Ltd. requires a Service Supervisor who will oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy machinery and equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and efficient workflow within the service department. The supervisor leads a team of technicians and coordinates with operations to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Reporting to shareholders on issues related to assets and service works as needed/required
• Scheduling service work and overseeing that services are performed correctly and in a timely manner
• Forecasting of expenses related to major service works
• Coding of invoices and other cost-related service works
• Planning service works to ensure assets are available when needed and avoid downtime
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering and restocking.
• Provide updates on equipment status and service timelines.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Maintain detailed service logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports for management on equipment performance and service metrics.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role managing machinery and/or property and physical assets with proven ability to manage large projects, including procurement of assets and the planned service of the same. This person must be able to work independently and will have decision-making ability regarding the servicing of assets. Must have a clean police clearance certificate and a local driver's license.

• KYD $4,500 to KYD $6,500 per month, depending on experience, working 27 hours per week per company commensurate with experience and market standards in the Cayman Islands. Benefits as deemed by law with company vehicle provided during working hours.
• Working Hours: 27 hours per week for each company, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 5 pm. Saturday 7am to 12pm.
