The successful candidate will bring exceptional technical expertise and a passion for client care, providing top-tier hair services to a diverse clientele.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend appropriate hair styles, treatments, and home-care products. Perform a full range of high-quality hair services, including precision cutting, styling, blow-drying, and up-dos for special occasions. Execute advanced chemical services such as coloring, highlighting, balayage, perming, relaxing, and keratin treatments. Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and salon environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Build and maintain a loyal client base while actively promoting salon services and retail products. Mentor and provide guidance to junior stylists and salon assistants. Keep updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience as a Hairdresser/Stylist. Recognized cosmetology diploma, certification, or equivalent formal training. Extensive knowledge of hair coloring techniques, chemical processing, and hair biology. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a proven ability to build client relationships. Strong time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary: CI$8.75 per hour Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
