As a Client Manager, you’ll be the primary client contact responsible for ensuring client success across the range of services we offer. You’ll work with the wider agency teams to develop strategies and oversee end-to-end project success whilst ensuring brand consistency to promote clients' brands, across various channels. In this role, you must demonstrate strong conceptual, craft, and communication skills and an ability to co-lead projects from concept to creation to presentation. You will also mentor junior team members, leading by example and supporting collaboration. What you’ll do at Heights ● Responsible for daily client engagement and account management ● Provide strategic, creative solutions to project communications challenges ● Work with Agency Teams to set specific marketing goals that align with overall client direction and goals ● Work alongside clients to develop their marketing campaigns and assets and oversee implementation of all activities ● Work closely with Agency Teams to produce communications in line with client briefs and wider communication strategy ● Brief Agency Teams on client marketing projects and oversee production, feedback, and client approval of work ● Ensure consistency and integrity of project and client brands across relevant communication channels and materials ● Responsible for project budgeting and cost control. Develop schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget to client partners ● Assess, measure and report the performance of campaigns, including response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI ● Work with Agency Team to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies ● Lead team members in achieving their role responsibilities and professional development through training, coaching and developing ● Oversee external creative agents, i.e., photographers, printers, freelancers, web developers, etc. in support of project initiatives ● Support on pitches and proposals when needed ● Act as Heights’ "brand steward", serving as a role model for the organization and representing Heights’ core values when collaborating internally, with clients or partner agencies. About you ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications ● Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience ● 1-2 years proven team leadership skills ● Experience working in an agency is preferred ● Proven experience developing marketing strategies ● Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude ● Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills ● Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media) ● Strong analytical skills ● Proficiency with Google digital marketing suite tools is a must (including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studios, GMB, Search Console) ● Proficiency with Ad Platforms (including but not limited to): Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Re-targeting), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Familiarity with programmatic display platforms is a plus ● Proficiency with SEO tools ● Strong organizational skills, including close attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once ● Passion for service with best-in-class support, responsiveness, and problem-solving ● Ability to wear different hats, it's a mentality that makes our team successful. Yes, it’s on us! When starting with Heights, Ltd. as Client Manager, you'll start earning between CI$60,000.00 to CI$70,000.00 annually, based on experience. As you progress with the company within this role, opportunities for a pay increase will be determined through annual evaluations.
