The successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of drywall finishing tasks in newly constructed units, along with repair and maintenance work as needed. Duties include taping drywall seams, applying multiple coats of joint compound, sanding surfaces to achieve a smooth finish, repairing holes and imperfections, and applying textured finishes using hand tools or spray equipment. The role also involves ensuring all work meets quality standards, completing touch-ups after inspections, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition, and carrying out additional duties as assigned by the contractor.
