Bartender

S.E.S. Investments invites suitable Caymanians and legal residents to apply for the position of: Bartender Job Description

• The candidate will be required to mix beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liqueur, bitter/spices, soda, water, sugar and other ingredients.
• The candidate will provide an excellent guest drinking experience, will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
• Will maintain the bar record and place orders well in advance to make sure it is always stocked. Will record liqueur sales.
• The candidate will have great communication skills, and will be required to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bartender Certifications will be a plus.

Salary range

• The hourly salary is a range between CI$6 and CI$10 per hour and will be based on skills and knowledge. Gratuities will be added to the hourly rate.

• Full time position. Minimum 3 years’ experience.
