Steward/Dishwasher

Ensure guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. Provide Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers with support and assistance. Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way. What You’ll Do

• Operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely.
• Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary.
• Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
• Restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
• Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks.
• Follow all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and departmental procedures.

What You Bring

• Prior experience is preferred
• Must be able to safely handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with Safety standards
• Dedicated and hardworking.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and training, and able to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks.
• Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, overnight shifts weekends and holidays when needed.

Salary range: $8.00 USD - $10.00 USD per hour, plus gratuities Estimated Earnings – US $34,000 – $54,000 per annum
