Counter Sales Person

Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to

• Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers
• Sharing knowledge about auto part features, benefits and warranty info
• Helping team members in our fast-paced retail stores
• Navigating computer and paper catalog systems
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or outside sales calls
• Operate the store point of sale system (TAMS) to invoice and pull orders
• Stock shelves from time to time and assist in maintaining cleanliness of the store
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times
• Any other tasks that will be assigned by the manager or supervisor
• Required to take online training (online training access will be provided) at least once a month.
