Maintenance Person

NCB Property Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Maintenance Person. This role is responsible for maintaining our portfolio of properties and ensuring they remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties.
• Perform general property maintenance, including internal, external, grounds, and beach areas.
• Carry out basic building repairs (pressure washing, janitorial tasks, minor repairs).
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and appliances.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (including WhatsApp and other digital platforms).
• Respond to after-hours callouts, weekend shifts, and public holidays on a rotating basis.
• Interact professionally with visitors and property owners.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or other hands-on trades is an advantage.
• Experience with property maintenance and repairs.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, AC, and appliances.
• Must have own vehicle (properties range from George Town to Northside). Fuel allowance provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean police clearance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing personal development, support, and training.
