Skilled Trade – Interior Finisher Full-Time KYD $135–$180 per day We are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Trade – Interior Finisher to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio of high-end residential and pool construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled manual interior finishing work, including tiling, plastering, surface preparation, and finishing.
• Apply finishing materials to achieve high-quality interior results.
• Ensure all finishing works meet design specifications and company standards.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all building codes and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in skilled construction work, with a strong focus on interior finishing.
• Strong background in tiling, plastering, and finishing works.
• Ability to apply finishing materials and deliver high-quality finishes.
• Must be over 25 years old. (Age restriction due to vehicle insurance requirements)
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver’s Licence (held for at least 2 years).
• Clean police record required.
• Fluent in English and Math (reading, writing, speaking, and arithmetic).
