Job Description

As a newly established and growing company, this role is essential to the development, visibility, and revenue generation of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to operate independently and contribute to both the strategic and day-to-day execution of marketing and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services Identify and pursue new client and business opportunities Manage and maintain client relationships and follow-ups Design and produce professional marketing materials including flyers, social media content, and promotional assets Manage and update social media platforms and online presence Assist with website updates, content management, and basic design adjustments Monitor and respond to client inquiries and service requests Track and report on sales activity and performance outcomes Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and outreach

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients Proficiency in Canva for professional design and marketing content creation Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data organization Experience with website design and/or content management systems Proven experience managing social media platforms for business purposes Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and client engagement strategies Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience working within a small or startup business environment is highly preferred
