Job Title: Gardener Employer: TTT Treatments Limited Location: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands Job Summary:TTT Treatments Limited is seeking an exceptionally dedicated, skilled, and reliable Gardener with over 10 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in landscaping, commercial grounds maintenance, and horticultural care. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining commercial and residential grounds, ensuring soil health, managing tropical plant care, and keeping exterior spaces in pristine condition. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Perform routine and specialized lawn care, including precision mowing, edging, scarifying, aerating, and fertilizing. Diagnose, treat, and manage common tropical lawn diseases, fungal outbreaks, and nutrient deficiencies. Prune, shape, hedge, and coppice mature ornamental trees, palms, and flowering shrubs to promote healthy growth and hurricane-season resilience. Apply safe and environmentally responsible integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, weed control, and herbicides in strict compliance with safety guidelines. Perform soil conditioning, compost blending, mulching, and aeration to ensure sustained plant vitality. Monitor irrigation systems and assist with seasonal planting to maintain the health and visual appeal of diverse tropical plant species. Operate, service, and maintain commercial-grade landscaping equipment—including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools—safely and effectively. Assist with proactive adverse weather preparedness, post-storm restoration, and general yard debris cleanup. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:Over 10 years of hands-on experience - MIN 5 ACCE[TABLE in landscaping, commercial grounds maintenance, horticultural care, or a related agricultural industry. Education Level: Less than High School / Secondary School. Deep understanding of tropical plant care, soil health, irrigation, and aesthetic landscaping. Proven reliability, strong self-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining strict maintenance schedules. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Remuneration & Benefits:Wages: CI$8.75 per hour based on a 40-hour work week.
