RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years of experience
• Experience in inventory control, food costing, scheduling
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must work 5-6 days per week, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to work well with both back of house and front of house team members.

Salary: CI$2,000 - $3,000 per month plus gratuities
