Maintenance Worker, building

erform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, lighting fixtures, drywall, doors, and windows. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues or hazards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure. Conduct minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work as needed. Keep records of all maintenance and repair work. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in setting up equipment or furniture for events or office rearrangements. Monitor and manage supplies and inventory of maintenance materials. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
