Job Description
COMPANY NAME: KENSINGTON MANAGEMENT GROUP, LTD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of complex financial statements and other financial reports, including liaison with external auditors;
Liaison with CI Monetary Authority on all aspects of each captive’s activities as well as liaison with financial institutions on all aspects of funds management, investment and letters of credit;
Written and verbal communications with shareholders and service providers;
Ensure timely preparation of, maintenance and follow up on premium assessments, shareholder information databases, receipt of all required shareholder documentation, and receipt of required security collateral;
Attendance at and participation in client meetings, both within and outside the Cayman Islands, including presentation of financial results, recording of minutes and completion of all corporate secretarial functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of experience with a public accounting firm;
10+ years of experience managing group captives;
Ability to manage and train other members of staff;
Excellent communication skills; written and spoken English;
Ability and confidence to make presentations to clients at Board meetings;
